Known issue March 14, 2017 In Windows, hyperlinks in saved message files (.msg) will not open. When you open a message saved into a file in Windows, links within do not work. Nothing happens when you click the links, nor do they open when you right-click and select Open Hyperlink. Copy the URL of the hyperlink and paste it in the appropriate application.
